Shipping Policy
All items are handmade and carefully packed for safe international delivery.
Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Shipping Carrier: All packages are sent via Chunghwa Post with tracking numbers.
Shipping Countries: We currently ship to the United States, Japan, Europe, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, and Singapore.
Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery may take 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
Customs & Import Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.
Renee's Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Each piece is handmade and unique. Slight variations in glaze, color, pinholes, or surface texture are part of the handmade process and not considered defects.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. Refunds or replacements will be handled case-by-case.
Payment Policy
All prices are listed in USD.
We currently only accept payments via PayPal.
Payment must be completed at checkout before your order is processed.
No additional VAT or taxes will be charged at checkout, but international buyers may incur customs fees upon delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking. If your package appears lost or is significantly delayed:
Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll help initiate a postal inquiry, but we are not responsible for lost items due to postal errors or customs delays.
Refunds or reshipments will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
