Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. Renee's Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Thank you for your understanding and patience with international shipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact me within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. I will assist you in filing a postal inquiry with the carrier.
Please note that Renee's Ceramics is not responsible for items lost or delayed due to customs procedures, postal issues, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Refunds or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Each piece is handmade with care, and natural variations—such as subtle differences in color, small pinholes, or uneven glaze—are part of its unique charm. These are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange. All items are carefully inspected before shipping. Thank you for your understanding and support of handmade work.
